We got back from vacation on the August 3rd. It was a month long vacation, the longest we ever took. I got off plan and ate everything. I feel awful and bloated. So, it's time to get back on track! Yesterday I started back on my plan and did my workout. I want to stay strict so I'll try to write what I eat and keep track of my workouts. I weighed myself and I gained about 4 pounds! Someone I know saw me yesterday and they noticed the weight gain. Great. But it gave me that little push I needed to get started.
Weigh in: 148
Workout: 1 hr step aerobics & weights
B: 1 fried egg in 1/2 pat butter, 4 meatballs, blk coffee, lemon water
L: 3 peices chicken, 2 hb eggs in 1/2 pat butter, diet Pepsi w/lemon
S: sf lc homemade icecream
D: 2 hb eggs in 1 pat butter, 5 meatballs, water
